1. The Philippine Public Safety College (PPSC), through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) FY2025 intends to apply the sum of Eighteen Million One Hundred Eighty-Eight Thousand Pesos (Php18,188,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for PROCUREMENT OF HYBRID LEARNING SET-UP FOR PPSC HEAD OFFICE AND CONSTITUENT UNITS. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
