INVITATION TO BID
PROCUREMENT OF GOODS FOR CONSTRUCTION OF BLEACHERS PHASE II AT MULTIPURPOSE GYM AT BRGY. INITAN , TAPAZ, CAPIZ.
1. The Office of the Barangay Initan of Tapaz intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Twenty Five Thousand Eight Hundred Pesos Only (125,800.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Goods for Construction of Bleachers Phase II at Multipurpose Gym with ID No. 2025- 15-G . Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Barangay Initan of Tapaz now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by 15 Days after the actual receipt of Notice to Proceed/Purchase Order. Bidders should have completed, a contract similar to the project . The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
