PROCUREMENT OF FUEL, OIL AND LUBRICANTS FOR THE CONSUMPTION OF LGU-VEHICLE OF BATO, LEYTE
(BATGOODS 2025-02-007)
1. The Local Government Unit of Bato, Leyte, through the GoP (GF-MOOE) intends to apply the sum of Three Million Four Hundred Ninety-Nine Thousand Seven Hundred Ninety Pesos Only (Php 3,499,790.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract Procurement of Fuel, Oil and Lubricants for the consumption of LGU-Vehicle of Bato, Leyte (batgoods 2025-02-007). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Local Government Unit of Bato, Leyte now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required 10 mos. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project.
