Description : INVITATION to BID for
PROCUREMENT OF FOOD COMMODITY (RICE) FOR PRE-DISASTER
1. The Municipal Government of Marabut, through its Special Trust Fund, CY 2024 intends to apply the sum of One Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (₽ 1,500,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Food Commodity (Rice) for Pre-disaster with contract number PB-2025-01-04. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipal Government of Marabut now invites bids for the Procurement of Food Commodity (Rice) for Pre-disaster. Delivery of the Goods shall be in accordance with the Delivery Schedule under Section VI. Schedule of Requirements. Bidders should have completed, within two (02) years from the date of submission and receipts of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
