1. The NIA MIMAROPA Regional Office, through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Forty-Five Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos and 00/100 (Php 145,500,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Establishment of Pump Irrigation Projects in 2nd District of Palawan with Contract No. R4B-REGION-PIMO2-1B-CY2025-005. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The NIA MIMAROPA Regional Office now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within Two Hundred Forty (240) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
