1. The Department of Health (DOH), through the Continuing Appropriations (CONAP) of 2024 intends to apply the sum of Sixty Million Philippine Pesos (PhP60,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for the Procurement of the Consulting Services for the Conduct of the Universal Health Care (UHC) Survey- Year 2 under REI No. 2025-001. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of the financial proposal.
2. The DOH now calls for the submission of eligibility documents for the Procurement of the Consulting Services for the Conduct of the Universal Health Care (UHC) Survey- Year 2 under REI No. 2025-001.
