PROCUREMENT OF MATERIALS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE ROAD SHOULDER OF BARANGAY BAGUMBAYAN, TIWI, ALBAY

1. The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF BARANGAY BAGUMBAYAN, TIWI, ALBAY, through the 20% BARANGAY DEVELOPMENT FUNDS CY OF 2024, intends to apply the sum of SIXTY SEVEN THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED FORTY TWO PESOS (PHP 67,422.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for the PROCUREMENT OF MATERIALS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF ROAD OF BARANGAY BAGUMBAYAN, TIWI, ALBAY.

Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected during bid opening.

2. The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF BARANGAY BAGUMBAYAN, TIWI, ALBAY, now invites bids for the CONSTRUCTION OF A ROAD SHOULDER OF BARANGAY BAGUMBAYAN, TIWI, ALBAY, provided, that the delivery requires ten(10) calendar days after receipt of Notice to proceed.
