INVITATION TO BID FOR
PROCUREMENT OF CATERING SERVICES FOR THE
YEAR-END CULTURAL SUMMIT 2024-REPOST
1. The Municipality of Kananga, through the General Fund intends to apply the sum of Five Hundred Thirty-Four Thousand Five Hundred Pesos (Php 534,500.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for GOODS24-11-106 Procurement of Catering Services for the Year-End Cultural Summit 2024-Repost. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipality of Kananga now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required during activity period of Year-End Cultural Summit 2024 Celebration. Bidders should have completed, within Three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
