Invitation to Bid for the Procurement of Catering Services for the conduct of CBDRRMP Training for 30 Barangays of Gen. MacArthur, Eastern Samar.
1. The Municipality of Gen. MacArthur, through the LGU Funds intends to apply the sum of Three Hundred Seventy One Thousand Two Hundred Fifty Pesos Only (Php 371,250.00) being the Approved Budget of Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Catering Services for the conduct of CBDRRMP Training. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipality of Gen. Macarthur now invites bids for the above-mentioned procurement. Completion of Works is required 10 calendar days. Bidders should have completed within Two (2) years from the date of submission and receipts of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in Bidding Documents, particularly in Instruction to Bidders.
