Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR Procurement and Delivery of Laboratory Glassware (Line Items)

1. The DENR-Environmental Management Bureau Region III through General Appropriation Act CY 2025-MOOE intends to apply the sum of Eight Hundred Thousand Pesos ( ₱ 800,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for PBD-GOODS-2025-004. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The DENR-Environmental Management Bureau Region III now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by sixty (60) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids or a contract similar to the Project (delivery or supply of laboratory glassware) . The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
