Description : 1. The National Police Training Institute (NPTI) Bids and Awards Committee through the Program of Expenditures (POE-PA) of the PNP Trust Receipts for the month of October 2024 amounting to intends to apply the sum of Five Million Pesos (PhP5,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) for the Procurement of Additional Quartermaster for the NPTI Luzon-Based Police Regional Training Centers (PRTCs). Bids received more than the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The National Police Training Institute (NPTI) now invites bidders for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods should be completed within sixty (60) calendar days upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within two years, from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
