FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF 1,500 ROLLS OF PLASTIC TWINE FOR
TOM TYING MACHINE
1. The Philippine Postal Corporation, through the CY 2025 Corporate Budget approved by the Board of Directors of this Corporation, intends to apply the sum of Eight Hundred Fifty-Three Thousand Five Hundred Pesos (Php 853,500.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of 1,500 Rolls of Plastic Twine for Tom Tying Machine. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Philippine Postal Corporation now invites bids for the Procurement of 1,500 Rolls of Plastic Twine for Tom Tying Machine. Delivery of the goods/services is required within Seventy-Five (75) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
