SOURCE OF FUND: OLF
1. The Provincial Government of Davao Oriental through the Bids Awards Committee (BAC) intends to apply the sum of TWO HUNDRED EIGHTY-FIVE THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED PESOS (Php285,600.00) being the Approved Budget for Contract (ABC) payments under the contract Procurement of 102 Sacks RICE (50KLS PER SACK-160 MILLED) in support to Individuals/different sectors on Crisis Intervention Program in the Province of Davao Oriental. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at Bid opening.
