1. The University of the Philippines Manila, through the 2040101000-204 intends to apply the sum of One Million Eight Hundred Ninety-Five Thousand Two Hundred Pesos (Php1,895,200.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract to payments under the contract Printing of Guidelines for Vision Screeners and Printing of NVSP Manual, University of the Philippines Manila. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The University of the Philippines Manila now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Bidders should have completed, within the last five years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
