Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR PRINTING AND BINDING OF CULTURAL MAPPING COMPENDIUM AND INVENTORIES OF PROVINCES OF AKLAN, ANTIQUE, CAPIZ, ILOILO, GUIMARAS, AND NEGROS OCCIDENTAL (ITB 2024-028)

1. The UNIVERSITY OF THE PHILIPPINES VISAYAS, through the GAA 2024 intends to apply the sum of P3,484,800.00 being the ABC to payments under the contract for “PRINTING AND BINDING OF CULTURAL MAPPING COMPENDIUM AND INVENTORIES OF PROVINCES OF AKLAN, ANTIQUE, CAPIZ, ILOILO, GUIMARAS, AND NEGROS OCCIDENTAL (ITB 2024-028)”. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The UNIVERSITY OF THE PHILIPPINES VISAYAS now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by 01 January 2025 - 30 June 2025. Bidders should have completed, within 5 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
