Description : INVITATION TO BID for PR No. 25010012 - Supply and Delivery of Medical Supplies
1. The Provincial Government of Camarines Norte, through the Medical, Dental & Laboratory Supplies - 2025 intends to apply the sum of Nine Hundred Thirty-Eight Thousand Pesos (P938,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for PR No. 25010012 - Supply and Delivery of Medical Supplies. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Provincial Government of Camarines Norte now invites bids for the Supply and Delivery of Medical Supplies (170 box Disposable Insulin Syringe 1cc with Needle, 100-s & 4 others) for CNPH use.
Delivery of the Goods is required within 30 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within 5 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
