The City of Lapu-Lapu through the TRUST FUNDS 2-04-01-020-2023 intends to apply the sum of Three Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (₱ 3,500,000.00 ) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the procurement of ONE (1) UNIT BRAND NEW 6-WHEELER 5CBM GARBAGE DUMPTRUCK under P. R No. 25-02-0301. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
