1. The BICOL MEDICAL CENTER, through the General Appropriations Act/Income intends to apply the sum of PESOS FIVE MILLION THREE HUNDRED THIRTY FIVE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED (Php 5,335,500.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Supply & Delivery of Various Medical Equipment & Devices (Semi-Expendable) - IB No. 2025-08. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
