CONTRACT NO. PB 2025-005
1. The MUNICIPALITY OF SANTA MARIA, ILOCOS SUR, through the Appropriation Ordinance # 48, series of 2024 intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION TWO HUNDRED NINETY-NINE THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED THIRTY-SIX PESOS AND 32/100 (P 1,299,636.32) being the ABC to payments under the contract for IMPROVEMENT OF MULTI-PURPOSE HALL (SB OFFICE ENCLOSURES) MUNICIPAL HALL (PB 2025-005). Bids received in excess of the ABC for each shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The MUNICIPALITY OF SANTA MARIA, ILOCOS SUR now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required 30calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
