1. The Department of Environment and Natural Resources, RXI through the General
Appropriation Act (GAA) intends to apply the of One Million One Hundred Seventy
two Thousand Five Pesos Only (P1,172,500.00) being the ABC to payments under the
contract for the Ordering Agreement for the Provision of Catering Services for DENR
XI (Provinces) for CY 2025, PR# 24-11-494 REPOST. categorized into lots namely:

LOT 2 - catering services -Davao del Norte
LOT 3 - catering services - Davao del Sur
