Description : ORDERING AGREEMENT FOR THE PROVISION OF CATERING SERVICES FOR DENR RXI REGIONAL OFFICE FOR CY 2025
Project No. 24-11-493 REPOST
1. The Department of Environment and Natural Resources, RXI through the General Appropriation Act (GAA) intends to apply the sum of Two Million Six Hundred Ten Thousand Pesos Only (P2,610,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Ordering Agreement for the Provision of Catering Services for DENR XI Regional Office for CY 2025, PR# 24-11-493 REPOST. categorized into lots namely:
LOT 1- catering services within DENR - 30 pax & below ABC-P2,035,500.00
LOT 3 - catering services outside DENR ABC-P 574,500.00
Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Department of Environment and Natural Resources, RXI now invites bids for the Ordering Agreement for the Provision of Catering Services for DENR XI Regional Office for CY 2025 for the period of one (1) year.
