1. The Municipality of San Jose de Buan, Samar, through the Trust Fund c.y. 2025 intends to apply the sum of Two Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (Php 2,500,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Opening with Concreting of Farm-to-Market Road at Poblacion to So. San Pedro Barangay 3 - SJDB-2025-018 . Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipality of San Jose de Buan, Samar now invites bids for Opening with Concreting of Farm-to-Market Road at Poblacion to So. San Pedro Barangay 3. Completion of the Works is required to finish its work items in 240 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within ten (10) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
