No. 11975, intends to apply the sum of FOUR MILLION NINE HUNDRED NINETY NINE THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED TWENTY THREE PESOS AND 63/100 ONLY (Php 4,999,923.63), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for Opening with Concreting of Farm-to-Market Road Phase II at Brgy. Bangon, San Policarpo, Eastern Samar. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
