1. The Municipal Government of Bansud - Bids & Awards Committee, through 20% Development Fund - Fiscal Year 2025 intends to apply the sum of THREE MILLION PESOS (P 3,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Opening of C% - Aklejo, Villpag-asa Road at Villapag-asa, Bansud, Oriental Mindoro. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
