1. The Provincial Government of Negros Oriental, through the Source of Fund: (SP Res.# 376-2022,AO#1,Series of 2022, Capital Outlay (300)/ Responsibility Center:4421-3R-01(22)/4421-3R-02(22)/4421-3R-03(22)/4421-3R-04(22), intends to apply the sum of Five Million Two Hundred Ninety two Thousand Pesos (Php 5,292,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Province of Negros Oriental now invites bids for the requirement One (1) Lot ,4 Infrastructure Projects, viz:
A To hire contractor to provide materials, labor and equipment for the "Construction in Progress-Parking Area for Ambulance, Mabinay, Negros Oriental” P98,000.00
B To hire contractor to provide materials, Labor and equipment for the “Construction of Doctor-s Quaters with Own CR, Mabinay, Negros Oriental” P1,960,000.00
C To hire contractor to provide materials, labor and equipment for the “Covered Pathways-New OPD to ER/Main Building, Mabinay, Negros Oriental 294,000.00
