Description : In view of the two failed biddings, the Tourism Promotions Board Philippines (TPBPHL), through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), invites PhilGEPS registered Consultants to participate in the Negotiation Conference for the Consultancy Services for the Market Intelligence Learning/Training Program for the Tourism Promotions Board Members with an Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) of Three Million Pesos Only (PhP3,000,000.00).
The Negotiation Conference is in accordance with Section 53.1, Negotiated Procurement - Two Failed Biddings, following the procedure as prescribed in Annex “H” of the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of R.A. 9184.
The Negotiation Conference will be on 07 March 2025 at 10:00 AM via Zoom Video Conferencing Platform.
