LOT 1: PROVISION OF PROJECT EQUIPMENT FOR THE USE OF DEVELOPMENT OF SALT INDUSTRY PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION IN REGION 10 FOR CY 2025
The Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources (BFAR-10), through the National Expenditure Program for FY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Two Million Seven Hundred Twenty Nine Thousand and Three Hundred Seventy Five Pesos Only (P2,729,375.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Procurement of additional Supplies and Materials needed to complete fabrication of 27- footer FRP boats for the Shearline Affected Fisherfolk with identification no. ITB#2025-04-011. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
The BFAR-10 now invites bids for the Early Procurement Activity (EPA) of the above Procurement Project, in accordance with the provisions under Appendix 31 of the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184.
