INVITATION TO BID
1. The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF LANGIDEN, ABRA, thru a trust fund from DILG and National Task Force to End Local Communist Armed Conflict (NTF ELCAC) under Local Government Support Fund to Support Barangay Development Program (LGSF-SBDP), intends to apply the sum of Ten Million Pesos (Php 10,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for LGSF-SBDP2025CW4: CONCRETING OF EVACUATION CENTER IN LANGIDEN, ABRA, Langiden, Abra. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT-LANGIDEN, ABRA now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required 150 calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II, (Instructions to Bidders).
