Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE LABOR AND MATERIALS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF ORGANIC FOOD PROCESSING FACILITY
1. The Department of Agriculture Regional Field Office 13, through the Organic Agriculture Program (OAP) GAA 2025 intends to apply the sum of Five Million Pesos (₱5,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Labor and Materials for the Construction of Organic Food Processing Facility at Brgy. Buena Gracia, Talacogon, Agusan del Sur under PR No. B2 2025-01-004. Bids received in excess of ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Department of Agriculture Regional Field Office 13 now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required One Fifty Twenty (150) calendar days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed.
Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
