INVITATION TO BID FOR
Procurement of 2 Units Motor Vehicle (Utility Van)
1. The Bureau of Corrections - Davao Prison and Penal Farm, through the GAA FY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Philippine Peso Two Million Nine Hundred Thousand Only (Php 2,900,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Procurement of 2 Units Motor Vehicle (Utility Van). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Bureau of Corrections - Davao Prison and Penal Farm now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required as specified in Section VI Schedule of Requirements. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
