Invitation to Bid for Civil Works Package A-2025
1. The Municipality of Manay, through the General Fund CY 2025 under 29% Development Fund intends to apply the sum of Four Million Nine Hundred Thousand (P4,900,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Civil Works Package A with Project Identification No. 101-2025-20-1. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipality of Manay now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required 90cd each contract. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
