PROJECT
1. The PROFESSIONAL REGULATION COMMISSION - CENTRAL OFFICE (PRC-CO) through the Government of the Philippines (GOP), the General Appropriations Act (GAA) of 2025 (R.A. No. 12116 dated December 30, 2024) intends to apply the sum of FOUR MILLION EIGHT HUNDRED TWENTY-SEVEN THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED ONE PESOS AND SEVENTEEN CENTAVOS (Php4,827,101.17) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the PROCUREMENT OF SUPPLY, DELIVERY, INSTALLATION AND CONFIGURATION OF STORAGE AREA NETWORK WITH EXPANSION STORAGE AND SWITCH FOR SERVER VIRTUALIZATION INFRASTRUCTURE PROJECT / ITB NO. 2025-20. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
