1. The PROFESSIONAL REGULATION COMMISSION - CENTRAL OFFICE (PRC-CO) through the Government of the Philippines (GOP), the General Appropriations Act (GAA) of 2025 (R.A. No. 12116 dated December 30, 2024) intends to apply the sum Three Million Five Hundred Twenty Thousand Three Hundred Twenty-Nine Pesos and Nineteen Centavos (Php3,520,329.19) being the Total Approved Budget for the Contracts (ABC) to payments under the contract for the following:
