The Provincial Government of Eastern Samar, through the 20% EDF 2025 intends to apply the sum of Five Million Pesos Only (PhP5,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract ITB NO. 2025-01-078 ROAD CONCRETING OF BRGY. NAPARAAN TO ABEJAO ROAD, Brgy. Abejao, Salcedo, Eastern Samar. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
