The Municipality of Sibalom through its Bids & Awards Committee (BAC), invites bidders/contractors to apply for eligibility and to bid for the hereunder project:
Project : Office Supplies (Aid to 4p-s)
Location : Municipal Hall, Sibalom, Antique
Approved Budget : Php86,484.00
Brief Description : For the supply and delivery of Office Supplies at 4P-s Office, Sibalom, Antique
Delivery Period : Fifteen (15) Calendar Days upon Receipt of Purchase Order
Source of Funds : General Fund 2025
Prospective bidder should have experience in undertaking a similar project within the last two (2) years with an amount of at least 50% of the proposed project for the bidding. Unregistered suppliers/contractors must first register at the Bids & Awards Committee Secretariat at Sibalom Municipal Hall. The Eligibility Check/Screening as well as the Preliminary Examination of Bids shall use non-discretionary “pass/fail” criteria. Post-qualification of the lowest calculated bid shall be conducted.
