Agusan del Norte
1. The Provincial Government of Agusan del Norte through the Continuing Appropriation General Fund-SPA-SPO, Account Code No. 24-1021-300-017 intends to apply the sum of Php. 1,156,793.07 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Expansion of SP Building, Capitol Compound, Butuan City, Agusan del Norte. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Provincial Government of Agusan del Norte now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required 56 Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
