SUPPLY, DELIVERY, INSTALLATION, TESTING AND COMMISSIONING OF BRAND NEW X-RAY MACHINES

1. The Department of Health-Bicol Center for Health Development (DOH-Bicol CHD), through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) intends to apply the sum of Forty-Three Million Five Hundred Twenty Thousand Pesos Only (Php 43,520,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Supply, Delivery, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Brand-New X-Ray Machines under IB No.25-51. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The DOH-Bicol CHD now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods and Services is required on the expected delivery date (s) stated in Section VI, Schedule of Requirements. Bidders should have completed, within three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
