INVITATION TO BID FOR THE SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF VARIOUS CONSUMER ELECTRONICS FOR THE MUNICIPAL TOURISM OFFICE
1. The Municipal Government of San Miguel, through 2025 Annual Budget intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Ninety-One Thousand Pesos Only (Php 291,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF VARIOUS CONSUMER ELECTRONICS FOR THE MUNICIPAL TOURISM OFFICE (100-25-03-211). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipal Government of San Miguel now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within 30 Calendar Days upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
