1. The Department of Social Welfare and Development - Field Office XI intends to apply the
sum of FOUR MILLION FOUR HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (Php
4,400,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the
contract for the Provision of 9-Month Internet Subscription as Primary Internet
Services for the DSWD Field Office XI Regional and Sub-Regional Offices (Short of
Award: Early Procurement Activities For CY 2025) and with identification number: 24-
11-PB037. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid
opening.
