Description : 1. The Provincial Environment and Natural Resources Office - Bataan, through the General Appropriations Act of FY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Nine Hundred Thousand Pesos (PhP 900,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Drones under the Enhanced National Greening Program (ENGP) or Contract No. 1 Public Bidding DENR-PB-2025-01. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Provincial Environment and Natural Resources Office - Bataan now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by on or before the end of March, 2025 or within 30 days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within 5 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules an... - Documents :
