Description : 1. The Local Government Unit of Baleno through the 2025 MLGU Development Fund / 2025 BLGU Development Fund intends to apply the sum of Three Million Eight Hundred Ninety-Six Thousand One Hundred Thirty-One Pesos Only. (Php 3,896,131.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for LGUBal2024-32: Improvement of Covered Court at Barangay Lagta, Baleno, Masbate. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Local Government Unit of Baleno now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within One Hundred Fifty (150) calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184.
