Description : 1. The National Irrigation Administration-Regional Office 12 SOUTH COTABATO-SARANGANI IRRIGATION MANAGEMENT OFFICE (NIA-12 SCSIMO), through the GAA Fund CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of P 29,106,000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for CY2025 MALAYA CIS (EGPIP CIS): SUPPLY, DELIVERY & INSTALLATION OF 1 UNIT (30hp) SOLAR POWERED PUMP IRRIGATION SYSTEM WITH AI SATELLITE ASSISTED MONITORING AND FERTIGATION SYTEM AND COMPLETE ACCESSORIES; CONSTRUCTION OF IRRIGATION FACILITIES; AND TEMPORARY FACILITY. (NIA12 -SCSIMO -INFRA -2025-030).
Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected during bid opening.
2. The NIA-12 SCSIMO now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required 130 calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
