1. The Municipality of Bulalacao, through the MDRRMO-2M Current Fund, MDRRMO-4.5M Trust Fund intends to apply the sum of Six Million, Four Hundred Eighty Thousand, One Hundred Eighty Three and Fifty Four Centavos (Php 6,480,183.54) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction/Improvement of Evacuation Center. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipality of Bulalacao, now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required by One Hundred Twenty Calendar Days (120). Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
