Description : 1. The Local Government Unit of Aurora, through the Tobacco Excise Tax 2022 intends to apply the sum of Eleven Million Pesos Only (P11,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Construction of Gymnasium Phase I located at Aurora Central School - Aurora, Isabela with Project Identification Number 2025-Infra-03-561. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Local Government Unit of Aurora now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within Two Hundred (200) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project within five (5) years. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No.... - Documents :
