Description : 1. The Philippine Science High School - Central Luzon Campus, through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) 2025 intends to apply the sum of Fifteen Million Pesos (PhP 15,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Completion of Student Learning Resource Center (Rebidding) PR 2025-02- 008-01. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Philippine Science High School - Central Luzon Campus now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within two hundred ten (210) calendar days, inclusive of unworkable days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non- discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184.
