Description : 1.The Barangay Balsaan, Santo Tomas La Union, through the budget for the contract approved by the sanggunian under General Fund intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Fifty Nine thousand One Hundred Sixty- Six Pesos & 80/100 (Php159,166.80)being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Installation of Solar Streetlights. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Barangay Balsaan , Santo Tomas, La Union now invites bids for the Installation of Solar Streetlights
Completion of the works is required within 30 days calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within ten(10) years of the date of submission and receipts of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instruction to Bidders.
3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary pass/fail criterion as specified in the Implementing roes and regulations (IRR) of the Republic Act 9184 (RA 9184),otherwise known as the " Government Procurement Reform Act".
