INVITATION TO BID FOR THE INSTALLATION OF GUARDRAIL @ FY MANALO ROAD
KALANUTAN GUYABANO BAGONG BUHAY
1. The City Government of Palayan, through the 5% DRRM FUND intends to apply the sum of (Php2,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the installation of guardrail @ fy manalo road. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at opening.
2. The City Government of Palayan now invites bids for the installation of guardrail @ fy Manalo road. Completion of the project is required as provided in the Specials Conditions of Contract and the Technical Specifications as provided in the BID Documents. Bidders should have completed, within 5 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.
