INVITATION TO BID
The Municipality of Manukan through its Bids and Awards Committee invites sealed bids from interested bidders for the Improvement / Rehabilitation / Repair of Multi-Purpose Hall / (Rehabilitation of Roofing) at Poblacion, Manukan, Zamboanga del Norte with Approved Budget for the Contract of PhP1,000,000.00.
Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at Bid opening. Prospective bidders should possess a valid PCAB License applicable to the contract and must have completed a similar single contract in the last two (2) years with a value of at least 50% of the ABC. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders. The BAC will use non-discretionary pass/fail criteria in the Eligibility Check/Screening as well as in the Preliminary Examination of Bids.
