INVITATION TO BID FOR IMPROVEMENT/REHABILITATION OF DRYING PAVEMENT OF BARANGAY MARATUDO, MAGSINGAL, I. SUR.
1. The Brgy. Maratudo, Magsingal, I. Sur intend to apple the sum of One Hundred T Five Thousand One Hundred Pesos Only (105,100.00) being approved Budget for the contract(ABC).
2. The Brgy. Maratudo Magsingal, I. Sur now invites bids for the improvement/rehabilitation of dryng pavement. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instruction to Bidders.
3. Bidding will e conducted through open competitive bidding procedure using non-discretionary pass/fail criterion as specified the Implementing Rule & Regulations(IRR) of Republic Act 9184(RA 9184), otherwise known as the "Government Procurement Reform Act"
Bidding is restricted to Filipino citizens/sole proprietorship, partnerships, or organization with at least seventy five percent(75%) interest outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines.
