Description : Invitation to Bid for Improvement/Rehabilitation of Daycare Center
1. The BLGU of Litapan, Josefina, through the EDF-20% CY 2023,2024 and Supplemental Budget 2023 intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION TWO HUNDRED FORTY-EIGHT THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED FIFTEEN PESOS ONLY (Php1,248,915.00), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Improvement/Rehabilitation of Daycare Center. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The LGU Josefina now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the work items is required within 40 working days. Bidders should have completed a project contract similar to the said project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184.
